1. Introduction

Welcome to Lapaonne, a luxury fashion brand operated by Elite Ecom FZC, a company registered under license in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.lapaonne.com or its regional subdomains), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Interpretation

In these Terms:

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Elite Ecom FZC, trading as Lapaonne.

  • “You” or “Customer” refers to the individual purchasing or using our website or services.

  • “Goods” means any products sold on our website.

  • “Order” refers to the request placed by you for goods.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment necessary to provide our products in accordance with UAE law.

3. Pricing, VAT & Currency

  • All prices displayed on our website include 5 % Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017.

  • Prices are shown in AED for UAE, and respective currencies for other regions (SAR, QAR, KWD, USD, GBP).

  • At checkout, VAT is displayed separately for transparency, even though it is already included in the listed price.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown before final checkout.

4. Payments

We accept multiple secure payment methods depending on your region:

  • UAE: Debit / Credit Cards (via Stripe & Tap), Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & International Orders: Major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successful.

  • In the event of product unavailability, we will notify you and provide the option of a refund or exchange.

  • Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 6–7 working days, depending on destination and courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns across the UAE for eligible products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Contact us via Instagram @lapaonneofficial or email inquiries@lapaonne.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Our courier will arrange a free pickup from your address.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs—is the property of Elite Ecom FZC (Lapaonne) and is protected under UAE and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any material without our written consent.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our website, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah courts, UAE.
